This is a dometic extension to a small house, made up of two early cottages.  It had previously been used as holiday accomodation and needed alterations to make it more suitable for the new resident owners.  The design makes the most of what was previously a disadavantage - an elevated rear garden, which rises up to the summit of Snowdon!

A new master bedroom is located above an existing lean-to structure, with a varanda at garden level, allowing a much closer link between inside and out. The kitchen is re-located to the lean-to structure with new openings formed to imporove the internal layout.

Planning consent and Building Regulations approval were reveived in 2009 with construction work completed in 2010.
