When converted, this barn will be transformed into high quality holiday accomodation. Very little alterations are proposed for the building's exterior, making the most of the unique character and setting, but maximising the passive solar gain by adding openings to the south elevation.
Rhys Llwyd Davies had been responsible for design and detailing from inception. Planning permission and building regulations approval were received in 2010.
