Rhys Llwyd Davies - Architect | Pensaer developed outline designs for this collection of outbuildings near Bryn Eglwys into a luxury 6 bedroom country home. The layout was carefully arranged on many levels to suit the sloping site and the existing building forms. The building's layout was also carefully arranged to provide independance for the new dwelling and the neighbouring property.
The scheme has gained planning consent and Building Control approval and is due to start on site in 2014.
